Quality Control Process

Every year, SGS certifies Homee's factory for its consistent implementation of the ISO9001:2015 quality management system. We maintain systematic quality control procedures, meticulously inspecting each stage of tile production to ensure only products meeting our standards are dispatched. Pioneering innovation, we are the first in the mosaic industry to embrace digital management and automated production. This strategic move demonstrates our commitment to quality control and the minimization of errors often associated with manual labor.

Homee strictly follows the inspection standard, for example, furnace-fired products will undergo random sampling inspection for color, dimensions, curvature, corner perpendicularity, firing angle, pattern requirements, indentations, black cores, star patterns, cracks at the bottom, etc. Inspection records are completed during this process. Before packaging, 1㎡ of product is spread on the workbench to inspect for color deviations, black cores, and other defects. Visual inspection is conducted for individual product defects, and defective units are segregated. Qualified products are packaged as per specifications.
